Amazing food. Polite and unobtrusive service although we were left alone a little too long after dessert. Beautiful location. On the whole would recommend and hope to return!

Really high quality seafood! Great value at 10 starters, 20ish mains - perfectly cooked mussels, tasty shellfish bisque, two ways with chunky white fish (bake and turbot). Good service. A bit noisy with a big group in but not too bad. Location can’t be beaten.

One of the nicest seafood restaurants I’ve ever been to in recent time! Nice small restaurant in Stonehaven, plenty of parking just at the back of it. Very fresh, delicious and affordable seafood dishes especially if you go for lunch as they have a lunch menu available. Loved the mussels and the lobster bisque in particular! Excellent service and food to match! The wine list was excellent as well!

Stopped in for lunch today while touring Dunotter Castle.. Absolutely delicious food. We had the seafood bisque and some mussels. Our server was quite lovely and took great care of us even though we were there just before their midday closing. They open again for the evening service. Beautiful! Views out the window as well

This was my first visit and certainly won’t be my last. This place is wonderful and the food was beautiful. I had the mussels to start and then whole sea bass, for dessert I had the new addition to the menu the Bounty bar. Nice touches of a great table and a complimentary drink as we were there celebrating a special birthday. I can’t praise the staff enough, warm, friendly and genuine. Great food, great service, fab location happy diners. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We were visiting from Florida, and after a day of exploring Dunnottar Castle we found this google searching. So glad we picked this place! We had a great dinner and the best service from Lewis tonight. We ordered the 3 course and the kids had fish and chips. The oysters were perfect and everything was amazing. Thank you so much!

Big thank you to our waiter, manager Lewis, who couldn’t have been more welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We had a truly lovely time here. It is definitely a must if you are in town!
